Pro is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It's refundable within 2 days of payment, as long as you've used less than 10% of that period's AI tokens.

2-day refund window. If Pro isn't for you, email us within 2 days of payment and — provided you've used less than 10% of that period's AI tokens — we'll refund it in full.

No subscription to cancel

TabRack Pro is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks 30 days of Pro — it does not auto-renew, so there's nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. When your 30 days end, your account simply returns to Free. To continue, buy Pro again from inside the extension, under Options → Account.

Refund eligibility

Because Pro unlocks its AI token allowance immediately, a Pro payment is refundable only when both of these are true:

you request the refund within 2 days of the payment, and
you've used less than 10% of that Pro period's AI tokens (i.e. at least 90% remain).

Once 2 days have passed, or once more than 10% of the period's tokens have been used, the payment is non-refundable. This keeps the one-time token allowance from being claimed and then reclaimed. If something went wrong — a charge you didn't expect, a double charge, or a service problem — contact us regardless and we'll make it right.

AI token top-ups

One-time AI token top-ups are consumable. Unused top-up tokens can be refunded within 2 days of purchase; once tokens have been spent, the spent portion is non-refundable.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Because Pro is charged in US Dollars ($7.90 for 30 days), refunds are issued in USD; if your card is billed in another currency, your bank's exchange rate at the time of the refund may differ slightly from the original charge. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We don't charge a fee for refunds.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tabrack.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge (and the payment or order ID if you have it). We aim to respond within two business days. See our Contact page for more ways to reach us.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and does not limit any statutory refund or consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
